To be suitable for different tooth positions, the 3D Pro zirconia block is available in a full range of thicknesses—from 10 mm to 30 mm. Whether you're designing a single crown or a full-arch bridge, it offers the flexibility to handle a wide variety of restorations.
We provide three standard block sizes to ensure smooth integration with most mainstream CAD/CAM milling systems:
98 mm: Compatible with Roland, VHF, imes-icore, ARUM, UP3D, and other open-system mills
95 mm: Specifically designed for Zirkonzahn® milling machines
92×75 mm: Tailored for Dentsply Sirona® CEREC systems, including MC XL, MC X, and inLab series
No extra calibration is needed—simply choose the right size and thickness, and begin milling.
This block features a true 9-layer natural gradient, with smooth transitions in both shade and translucency. Each layer is carefully designed to reflect the gradual changes seen in natural teeth, from cervical to incisal.
With a light transmittance of 42% to 49%, the material supports a more lifelike appearance, especially in anterior restorations.
Since the gradient is built directly into the zirconia, additional staining can often be reduced—or in some cases, skipped entirely. That helps simplify your workflow while still achieving a clean, realistic finish.
